One-Day Makeovers: Arrangement by Design will redecorate one room or the whole house using furnishings you already own. The process begins with a consultation to determine your needs and desires. We will then set a date for the actual Redesign. On the day of the makeover, you can choose to leave or stay and watch the transformation. Quotation furnished based on magnitude of work involved.
Decorating Consultations: Arrangement by Design will provide a decorating plan for client. An evaluation will be made for furniture placement, accessorizing, colors, focal point, lighting, etc. depending on your needs. $60 for a one hour consultation.
Moving Assisstance:

Real Estate Staging Services:
Bid Proposal provided by Arrangement by Design to stage the home for sale. A detailed and comprehensive plan will be furnished to make the house marketable and competitive. This includes a walk through of the property inside and out. Next, the plan will be implemented by Arrangement by Design.
Consultations: After a site preview, a detailed report will be furnished to realtor/homeowner on how best to stage the property. With a consultation, a client can choose to do the staging themselves.
Staged Homes are priced individually.
The cost of staging your home is an economical approach.
This is more cost effective than a price reduction of $20,000 or more.
